Capital One Looking Glass
2015
Looking Glass is a legal workflow management tool for Capital One's internal legal department. The application helped manage workflow, create process improvements, and gave greater visibility to management through reporting.

I was the interaction and visual designer on this project and worked on the project from discovery to production.

Discovery
I helped facilitate several workshops during the discovery phase. This included:
• Visual mapping
• Story creation
• High level flow analysis
• System modeling

Design Artifacts
This application was used by a small number of lawyers. There was only one user type. To expedite the research phase use case diagrams were omitted in favor of a single object diagram.
Object diagrams show all the objects and their attributes in the system. These are the objects that the user will interact with in the user interface. The arrows and lines show the relationships with other objects. Some are one-to-one relationships, and some are one-to-many.
Object Diagram
Dashboard was prioritized to show status.
Reports could be customized easily.
