Use Case Diagram
This was a quick engagement so the system had to be modeled quickly to understand the current state for the stakeholders, designers and developers. Briggo had only one type of user that needed to be modeled.
Object Diagram
The user placed a drink order with an application remotely or at the kiosk and then the drink order was created. An object diagram was created to capture all the objects in the system so that wireframes could be iterated quickly.
Wireframes
Wireframes were built to solve the interaction issues in the ordering system. The wireframes were mapped to flows that then were then used to brainstorm delivery methods.
